Getting started - We build all over North America!
All of our tree houses are customized to accommodate your design specifications, and we will do everything possible to bring your vision to life. The first step in becoming the owner of your very own tree house is making sure you have appropriate space and existing trees that can support a tree house. Selecting the right tree(s) will depend on the location, condition, and overall health of the tree(s), as well as the tree’s proximity to other structures. However, if you do not have any trees, we can build the structure on posts.
We will do an initial consultation to see the trees in person and discuss your project. After agreeing on a suitable design, we will then finalize the design and budget for approval and draft your contract. Our one time site visit and design fee starts at $350 if located in the metro Atlanta area or close distance.
If you do not want to pay for a site visit and once you have decided on the ideal tree(s) for your tree house:
Step 1 - Take a few pictures, making sure to capture the distance between tree(s) and nearby structures.
Step 2 - Decide what general function your tree house will serve.
Who will be using the tree house?
What will they be using the tree house for?
Step 3 - Give us a general idea of what you want your tree house to look like, as well as approximate size.
Step 4 - Finally, think about your budget. How much money do you intend to spend on your tree house?
Step 5 - Design
After we collect your initial tree house requirements and ideas, we will sketch a preliminary design for your review. The initial design will include an estimate for the overall cost of the tree house, and both the design and budget can be adjusted to suit your individual needs.
